  • The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire.

    The reception will be inside. However, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. A jacket may be recommended since the temperature tends to drop at night.

  • Yes, we will provide transportation to and from the venue. Shuttles will depart from the Marriot Summit Watch and DoubleTree Hilton.

    Please note: Uber/Lyft can drop off at the venue, but it’s known to be difficult for them to pick up at the venue.

  • There is no parking available at the venue itself. If you prefer to drive, there is a parking lot at the entrance of the property where we will arrange for the shuttle to stop to pick up any guests who choose to park there.

  • In early October, Park City usually experiences mild autumn weather. Daytime temperatures tend to range from the mid-60s to low 70s°F, while nighttime temperatures can drop to the upper 30s or low 40s°F. The evenings can feel quite chilly. Be prepared with layers.

  • Park City is at an elevation of about 7,000 feet, so if you’re coming from lower elevations, you may want to drink plenty of water and avoid overexertion, especially if you're not used to the altitude. Alcohol may also affect you more quickly than at sea level, so pace yourself!

  • While we adore your children, we are only able to include the little ones that are part of the wedding party. Thank you for understanding!
